Katy MacDonald

Owner & Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Katy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the owner of Andover Therapy Services. Since 2012, she has worked with adolescents and adults in the Boston area, providing compassionate, evidence-based care for a wide range of mental health conditions.
Katy has a particular passion for supporting individuals and families in the perinatal period. She offers specialized treatment for mood and anxiety disorders, as well as the emotional challenges that can arise from infertility, grief and loss, birth trauma, relationship strain, and parent-child attachment difficulties.
Her integrative approach draws from Ego-Parts Work, EMDR, CBT, ERP, mindfulness, positive psychology, and DBT. Katy helps clients identify and work through past relational wounds and internalized beliefs that continue to impact their present well-being. She completed advanced EMDR training (Parts 1 & 2) with a focus on the perinatal population through The Institute for Creative Mindfulness.
Above all, Katy is dedicated to validating her clients' experiences and creating a safe, supportive space for growth. Together, we will manage your scary thoughts, regulate your emotions, and use your strengths to build confidence and help you feel like yourself again.
Devonta Edwards

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Devonta is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of experience supporting children, adults, and families through mental health and medical challenges. He brings a strengths-based and solution-focused approach to his work, grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and advocacy. His practice emphasizes meeting clients where they are, empowering them to recognize resilience, and guiding them toward meaningful change.
Devonta has broad experience in community mental health, hospital, and residential settings. He is skilled at navigating family systems and helping clients feel safe and understood, using client-centered and trauma-informed practices to help individuals process difficult experiences while drawing on their strengths.
Most recently, Devonta has developed a special interest in perinatal mental health, with a focus on supporting fathers. He is passionate about addressing the unique and often overlooked needs of men as they transition into parenthood, including grief, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and the impact of pregnancy-related complications. His goal is to create supportive spaces where fathers can process emotions, strengthen their identity, and deepen family connections.
Diane Knight

Diane is a masters-level, pre-licensed therapist in Massachusetts with extensive clinical experience supporting adolescents, families, older adults, and individuals facing complex mental health challenges. She is particularly skilled in helping clients explore how past adversities shape present-day emotional experiences and in guiding them toward healing and resilience.
Her work includes supporting adults living with anxiety, depression, and those navigating major life transitions. Diane also has a deep passion for working with individuals and families in the perinatal phase - supporting those experiencing reproductive challenges, postpartum adjustments, and the emotional complexities of parenting.
Diane integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques into her approach. She takes great care in creating a warm, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment where clients set the pace of their healing journey. Diane views her role as both a compassionate listener and a steady guide, always centering clients' voices and experiences.
She believes that everyone deserves access to mental freedom, inner peace, and authentic happiness. Diane is also fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, which allows her to connect with and support a wide range of clients and communities.
Hayley Pare
M.A., Clinical Mental Health Counseling

Hayley is a masters-level clinical intern completing her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Merrimack College. She brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work and is dedicated to supporting individuals through lifes most tender and transitional moments.
Before beginning her training as a therapist, Hayley worked in case management at Lawrence District Court, helping adults access substance use treatment and navigate community-based services. This work deepened her understanding of systemic barriers, the complexity of recovery, and the lasting impact of trauma on individuals and families.
As a mother of two young daughters, Hayley has a special interest in perinatal mental health. She believes the transition to parenthood can stir early attachment wounds and unresolved trauma, and she is committed to creating a safe, attuned space for clients to explore and heal.
Her clinical approach is person-centered and strengths-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), ego parts work, polyvagal-informed therapy, and developmental psychology. Hayley welcomes clients from all backgrounds and identities, approaching each with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
